Prepare for New Illinois Alcohol Licensing Portal by Feb. 11

The Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) is moving to a new online licensing system, Illinois Liquor Control & Compliance Portal (ILCC Portal), next month. The last day to submit applications and renewals through MyTaxIllinois is Feb. 11, 2026. After this time, the ILLC will implement a “blackout” period as they transition to the new online portal.  Members who hold Out-of-State Winery Shipper and Nonresident Dealer licenses with a February or March expiration date should renew through their MyTaxIllinois account no later than Feb. 11 to avoid processing delays during the transition period. March renewals will be available beginning on Feb. 2nd.   In addition, all licensees are advised to log in to MyTaxIllinois and archive their LetterID before February 10th.
