Our Sacramento team maintains an active presence in the state capital to ensure that the interests of California wineries are represented in legislative and regulatory proposals that impact wine producers throughout our home state.

State-by-State

Our State Relations team represents the interests of California wineries in the other 49 states on a wide range of issues from tax and fee proposals to monopoly protections laws to direct-to-consumer shipping to market access and more.

Federal

Our Federal advocacy team based in the nation’s capital addresses legislation by the U.S. Congress and actions that impact wine by numerous government agencies, including TTB, the Department of Commerce, USDA and USTR.

Our International Public Policy team based in Washington, D.C. focuses on the removal of tariff and non-tariff trade barriers that hinder the continued growth of U.S. wine exports around the world.
