California Consumer Privacy Act

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) became effective Jan. 1, 2020, however, enforcement by the California Attorney General will likely not begin until July 2020. Wine Institute sent out the following news alert with information pertaining to which businesses this law applies to and new business obligations imposed by the CCPA.
