Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Emergency Regulations

Wine Institute is working with other business groups to evaluate a potential legal challenge to the regulations. Nonetheless, the regulations are in effect and California employers must comply. Cal/OSHA has issued an FAQ, factsheet, and Model COVID-19 Prevention Program to assist employers with compliance, and plans to host a stakeholder meeting on Dec. 18.

On Dec. 4, Wine Institute and the California Association of Winegrape Growers (CAWG) hosted a compliance webinar on the new Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Emergency Regulations.
