State Legislation Tracker

The State Relations team utilizes the services of State Net to track bills during each legislative session. We have worked out a contract with State Net to make an interactive element of that bill tracking service available to our member wineries. Members can access the service, choose a topic and receive information on any related bills that are under consideration in the 49 states outside of California. This information is updated daily, so members can have timely access to the status of bills, the text of each proposal, Wine Institute’s notes/comments on the subject of the bill and progress of the bills being tracked.
