Wine Institute has compiled the below resources and documents for tasting rooms and winery hospitality.

• The California State Association of Counties (CSAC) is maintaining a comprehensive resource map with approved county variance details as they are announced by counties throughout the state.
• State Guidance for Wineries & Tasting Rooms  (Released: Nov 24, 2020)
• Sample documents for winery use: Employee Privacy Notice, Infectious and Communicable Disease Policy and Guest Liability Waiver.
