Wyoming Updates DTC Requirements

Wine Institute members are advised that the Wyoming Department of Revenue Liquor Division (WLD) is updating the requirements for holding an out-of-state winery shipper license. Wineries must now include the name and address of any fulfillment house or warehouse authorized to ship wine into Wyoming on behalf of the license holder when renewing their current license or applying for a new direct shipment license. Fulfillment houses will not need to obtain a license from the WLD, but wineries will need to list those addresses on the form if they are using their services to ship orders to customers in Wyoming.
