Minnesota is open to direct shipments by court order

This is just a reminder that Minnesota is open to direct shipments through a court order. Wineries are not required to get a permit, and my ship, for personal use and not for resale, two cases of wine or less containing a maximum of nine liters per case each calendar year. The shipping container of any wine sent under this section must be clearly marked Alcoholic Beverage: Adult Signature (Over 21 year of Age) Required.
