EPR Producer Reports Due by May 31

Wine Institute members who are obligated producers under state extended producer responsibility (EPR) laws for paper and packaging are reminded that producer supply reports are due in six (California, Colorado, Maryland, Minnesota, Oregon and Washington) of the seven states with EPR laws by May 31, 2026.
