As reports of increased immigration enforcement activity continue to emerge, we’re providing the following resources from the American Immigration Lawyers Association, which offer guidance for both employers and employees who may encounter enforcement actions. These materials were previously shared with Wine Institute’s Legal Subcommittee and are being provided more broadly now in response to recent developments.
