Register for Jan. 11 Webinar on New Workplace Requirements for COVID-19 Prevention

Wine Institute and the California Association of Winegrape Growers will co-host a one-hour webinar on Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2022, at 10 a.m. to discuss the new requirements for employers under the second readoption of the Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). Joining us will be Collin Cook & Brandon K. Kahoush from the law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP.

The second readoption of the COVID-19 ETS takes effect Jan. 14. The webinar will cover changes to the ETS including:

• Changes to exclusion rules
• Social distancing requirements
• Employer provided housing
• Return to work criteria for COVID cases
• New testing obligations
• Acceptable face coverings
• Reporting requirements
