Cal/OSHA Releases Fact Sheets and FAQs on Updated COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards

On May 7, 2022, Cal/OSHA released fact sheets and updated its FAQs on COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) to reflect revisions adopted by the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board on April 21. The revisions took effect on May 6, and will remain in place through Dec. 31.
