ABC Issues FAQ for “Dine-In Restaurant” Guidance

The California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) released Frequently Asked Questions clarifying what is allowed under the “Dine-in Restaurant” guidance issued by Cal/OSHA and the Department of Public Health. In accordance with the “Dine-in Restaurant” guidance, wineries should remain closed “unless they are offering sit-down, dine-in meals.” The FAQ’s answer a number of questions related to the “meal” provision, including: “What constitutes a bona fide meal?” and “Can licensees buy frozen or premade foods?”
