Update on Tasting Samples for Virtual Winery Experiences

Wine Institute continues to work on getting approvals for shipments of small containers of wine to be sent to consumers residing in other states for virtual tastings. California ABC added virtual tastings to the list of relief measures in place in the Third Notice of Regulatory Relief that they issued last week. The latest states to approve virtual tasting samples are HI (Honolulu County), ID, ND, NM, OH, OR and WA. See the complete list of states and the federal and state requirements from TTB and California ABC.
