TTB Guidance on Trade Practice Enforcement during COVID-19 Pandemic

TTB has issued a new Industry Circular that addresses issues related to trade practice enforcement during the COVID-19 pandemic including product returns, extension of credit terms, furnishing gift cards to consumers, donations to charities that support alcohol beverage retailers and their employees and hand sanitizer.
